David obtained a 1st Class Law Degree in 2006, and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2008.
David then established his legal consultancy business in 2010.
David also runs his own commercial property investment business as well as a High Street business in Berkhamsted.
He has a vast understanding of the nuances of the business world and is excellent at providing commercially-savvy legal advice.
He has represented many clients in commercial and property disputes.
David has a particular interest in helping businesses and individuals with their property related issues such as advising on s.146 notices, preparing schedules of dilapidations, and dealing with rent reviews, new leases, lease assignments and lease surrenders.
David has also advised on and negotiated sales and purchase agreements of various businesses.
He has also successfully assisted clients in complex probate disputes and professional negligence claims against solicitors, barristers, and surveyors.
David is a keen golfer and a lifetime supported of Manchester United, a passion that has been fuelled by his admiration for George Best.
